Returns and Refunds Policy

• Physical products (paintings and sculptures): You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The returned product must not show any signs of use, assembly, or be damaged in any way. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Digital products (tattoo designs): Once the order has been paid for and the digital file has been automatically downloaded or made available, the right of withdrawal and refund does not apply due to the nature of the content provided.

• Returns Process: To initiate the return process for a physical product, please email us at: sorrymomstudio@gmail.com. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method used to make the purchase, within 14 days of our receipt of the undamaged item.
