Copyright and Intellectual Property: All digital products (tattoo designs) and physical products (artistic paintings and sculptures) available in the store constitute works within the meaning of copyright law and are the exclusive property of the author. Purchase of a product does not constitute a transfer of copyright or a license for commercial use, copying, or reproduction of the designs without written consent.
3. Orders and payments
Prices on the website are given in PLN.
The store supports electronic payments through operators provided in the purchasing process.
Physical products (paintings and sculptures) are shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment. Digital designs are automatically delivered via email after payment.
4. Returns and complaints
Physical products (paintings and sculptures): The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided the product shows no signs of use. The buyer is responsible for the return costs.
Digital projects: Due to the digital nature of the content provided, after downloading or sharing the file, the right to withdraw from the contract and refund the payment is not granted to professionals.
5. Final provisions In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
